Hello Everyone,

I am in the process of selling my business in Redmond, WA and plan to retire in the Rosarito area or further south. I will be looking for a nice long term rental and would like to explore the costs of keeping a horse in one of the local equistrian facilities.

I welcome any comments, advice, etc. and look forward to everyone's input.

fYI, I grew up in San Diego county and starting visiting the area in 1955, and have been in love with the people, the food and the weather for over 55 years.
