They took my SENTRI pass, why???

Have had my pass for some time, did all of the upgrades and everything, but just this past Saturday, went shopping and when crossing, they sent me to secondary inspection, there they took my SENTRI pass because according to them -"the computer said"- and advised me to go to Otay. Haven't gone yet, will do as soon as my boss lets me, but why did they took my pass away????
The only thing I could think off is that 2 weeks ago I got a ticket because I parked in an alley.... could this be the reason? Will they ever give me the pass again???
Does anybody know about this??? :confused:

They'll take your pass for violating Sentri policies. You usually know it when you do it. I can't see them doing it for a parking ticket that has nothing to do with Sentri.

If you cut in line, you will loose your pass. I've seen it happen to several people dropping off passengers. If you drop someone off, you need to drive to the back of the line.
