I had the pleasure of being introduced to Sandras in Puerto Nuevo last week. The restaurant is sort of hidden inside Puerto Nuevo and is usually filled with locals instead of tourists. The food is great. I personally don't eat lobster, but the three other friends I was eating with shared 8 tails and said it was excellent. I had the steak fajitas and they were amazing. Beyond the food, Sandras also makes their own tequila which is very smooth. It is available to purchase in small keg-shaped barrels to go. It was an all-around great experience. To get to Sandras enter Puerto Nuevo and make a left on the second street. The restaurant is on the left hand side of the street. I highly recommend it!
