Hi, my husband, our two kids and I have bought a condo in Rosarito. It will be complete in March of '08. With as difficult as the airlines have made traveling these days, Baja was a natural choice for us in deciding how to spend vacation time. We found what we thought was a good investment and we can't wait for the condo/resort to open to start to enjoy it. My realtor told me about this site and I'm very thankful to have all of it to read. We knew a little about the Sentri pass, and a little about driving insurance but have learned more on this site already than all the research we'd done so far.
We will be commuting from our home in Huntington Beach so it is two hours door to door. Very excited about all the future memories in our little beach hide-away.
