Buggies, Trucks, etc?

Does anyone have any recommendations on a great place to go buggin or wheelin in a truck? Are there any rental places like this or anyone that provides such recreational services?

How is it off-roading in baja. Do we have any facilities like repair shops and spareparts if needed. I did heard that there are some race Associations too?
