Todos Santos is the perfect retirement or second home area. Prices are reasonable as the land rush of Cabo San Lucas & the East Cape has not reached this charming town. Situated on the Pacific coast, you have an excellent opportunity to purchase oceanview or beachfront land. There are also residential homes for sale in town, as well as ranchos and land available in the hills to the east.

i think the prices you are demanding is more than my expectations , $80,000 is not an ideal price if we see the area . If there is fluctuation in price as reduction than it might be think about purchasing .

You are right that Price is really higher than their expectations. If You negotiate then We think over ahead. I wish that They decrease the price as well. So We afford it.
