Taxes in mexico depends on the property which is being sold. the seller will pay no taxes if it is his permanent residence, if it is income property the tax to the seller is 26 percent of the sales price or appraisal price which ever is highest

Thanks for the information timestamp, when you said permanent home, what if the seller can show the income home as his permanent residence, is there any way they can do that, how to get the eligibility of permanent residence?

We can show the proof by the utility bills on the name of the seller to make it as a permanent address, but i am not sure for avoiding a tax by showing the income home as the permanent residence.

Buyers pay a tax of 4.3 % on the sales price, The sales price is under evaluated to the actual sales price to avoid tax, and the difference amount is not calculated in the sales tax. nothing much is need for the tilte transfer, the signatures of the buyer and the seller hahhaa and the appraisal survey letter, previous original registration copy.
